The symbols/figures appearing in the mono signify that water harnessed by dams is used for irrigation and power generation. The electrical power so generated is transmitted and distributed for domestic and industrial purpose to run industries. In addition, the non conventional sources of energy also need to be tapped to complement the conventional energy. The sign curve signifies the applications of mathematical concepts to all branches of engineering and technology.

Code Of Conduct --

Policy For Admission :

1.Govt. of M.P. has laid down the following rules for admission to the Engineering Colleges for the session 2007-2008.

2.65% of the total seats shall be reserved for the domicile of M.P. State Only.

3.Out of Remaining 20% seats are to be filled by the candidate in open category.

4.Admission to both the categories will be made through counseling.

5.15 % of the sanctioned strength is for Management / N.R.I. Seats.

6.College will follow a common fee structure.

Vacation :

.As far as possible there will be a semester break of 10 to 15 days after the end of odd semester examinations. Summer Vacation of 20-30 days at the end of even semester examination will be given depending upon University notification.

Ragging :.Any student found guilty of ragging in or outside the campus will be liable to severe disciplinary action. The act of ragging is punishable offense under Govt. Law. Under this Law the student is liable to be dismissed from the college without any notice and the case may be reported to the police, if necessary.

Attendance :

1.Student are required to attend at least 75% of lectures of each subject and practical separately. However condonation pg 15% absence can be considered as per the ordinance of the university.

2.Leave, other than vacation will not be encouraged. Parents and guardians are requested not their wards to take leave from the college.

3.Admission rules and procedures are subjectecd to alteration / modification at any time without notice to the candidates and with the approval of the Govt. of M.P.

4.Student absenting without valid grousnds from the classes without application / permission shall be fined on per day basis. The amount of fine will be fixed by the principal.

5.Students, remaining absent from the classes for longer duration is liable to be removed from the college.

The city--

Indore is a 400 year old city located on Malwa Plateau in the state of Madhya Pradesh (M.P.), almost in the centre of India. Hostels-- College is providing a separate hostel facility for boys and girls in a peaceful and serene atmosphere of the college campus itself.College is providing two separate hostels for the boys only.Girls have one separate hostel.All the hostels have all the essentiaty needings like Water,Light & all the remainings as for the students.We are trying to give our best to the students.Also we have total 230 rooms in our both the hostel of boys.And we have the MESS FACILITY for the hostlers and as well as for the Day scholars.Therefore we are committed to give our best and the same we are doing.

Globalisation & Our Aim--

Globalisation has posed multiple challenges to the future of education in India but it has provided an opportunity to challenge the status quo, which is an essential condition for reform.

Globalisation has been a subject of debates and discussions from numerous perspectives. There is no doubt that globalisation has profound implications for the future of higher education worldwide. While the debate relating to foreign universities coming into India or private investment in higher education is very important, it is critical to examine how India as a country will face up to the competition posed by institutions worldwide in attracting Indian students for purs uing educational opportunities abroad. Inevitably, the need for raising academic standards, creating a better research environment, developing sound infrastructure, formulating good governance models, creating better career opportunities, and promoting professional advancement of academics are all central issues for formulating the necessary policies for higher education.

Within this larger welkin of competition relating to reform of the higher education sector in India, there is an urgent need to examine the situation with regard to legal education and how globalisation is going to impact the agenda for it. There are four important consequences for legal education: global curriculum, global faculty, global degrees, and global interaction. These deserve public attention.

A few decades back, Engineering Colleges in India could do well as long as their curriculum was focussed on Indian laws of eng. mostly and issues relating to the country’s develpoment system. While there was some limited impetus to the study of international and comparative System of professionalization, the larger focus was primarily on issues relating to the Indian system. This was, of course, necessary and ought to have been the approach. There is indeed greater scope for improvement in promoting excellence in teaching and research relating to Engineering and to addressing the challenges facing the present system, including the need for establishing a society that respects the rules and meets the challenges of globalisation.Thats why in order to become an Ideal System of Engineering we are working towards the best.
